1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of CyberSolutionsUnlimited,
a cybersecurity-focused service platform providing digital protection, vulnerability assessment,
penetration testing, incident response, and security consulting services. By accessing this website
or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these legally binding terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the
website
and services. Continued use will be considered acceptance of all terms, including future updates.
2. Nature of Services
CyberSolutionsUnlimited operates as a cybersecurity service provider offering protection against
cyber threats including malware attacks, data breaches, unauthorized access, phishing, ransomware,
and other digital vulnerabilities.

- Penetration testing (web, application, network)
- Security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Incident response and forensic investigation
- Real-time threat monitoring and detection
- Security consulting and risk management
We do not provide legal, financial, or governmental services. All outputs depend on system scope, client infrastructure, and technical limitations.
3. Use of Website
Users agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the system.
- No hacking attempts or unauthorized scanning
- No malicious code injection or disruption
- No scraping or copying proprietary content
4. Service Engagements
All cybersecurity services provided by CyberSolutionsUnlimited are formally governed through written
agreements, proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), or documented electronic communications that
clearly define the scope of work, technical deliverables, execution methodology, timelines, resource
allocation, and mutual responsibilities of both parties. These agreements serve as the binding
framework for all service execution and ensure that both client and provider have a clear and shared
understanding of expectations prior to the commencement of any work. Any informal discussion or
verbal communication shall not override or replace documented agreements unless explicitly confirmed
in writing by authorized representatives.
Any request for modifications, including but not limited to additional penetration testing, expanded
system coverage, extended monitoring periods, architectural changes, or inclusion of new
infrastructure components, will be treated as a scope variation. Such changes may result in revised
timelines, adjusted pricing structures, and reallocation of technical resources depending on
complexity and feasibility. Clients acknowledge that cybersecurity work is highly dependent on
evolving system environments and that scope changes may impact previously agreed delivery schedules
and operational planning.
5. Payments & Billing
All pricing structures for cybersecurity services are determined based on multiple technical and
operational factors including but not limited to project complexity, system architecture size, risk
exposure level, required testing depth, compliance requirements, and duration of service engagement.
Payment models may include upfront payments, milestone-based installments, recurring subscription
fees for ongoing monitoring services, or custom billing arrangements as mutually agreed upon in the
service contract. All financial terms are finalized prior to project initiation and are considered
binding upon client approval.
Failure to adhere to agreed payment schedules, including delays, partial payments, or non-payment,
may result in immediate suspension of services, restriction of access to ongoing security
operations, or termination of the agreement. CyberSolutionsUnlimited shall not be held responsible
for any consequences arising from service interruptions due to payment default, including potential
security exposure during suspension periods. Resumption of services will be subject to clearance of
outstanding dues and administrative approval.
6. Security Limitations
CyberSolutionsUnlimited implements industry-recognized cybersecurity frameworks, best practices, and
advanced defensive methodologies to significantly reduce the risk of cyber threats, including
unauthorized access, malware attacks, data breaches, and system exploitation. However, clients
explicitly acknowledge and accept that no cybersecurity system, regardless of its sophistication or
implementation quality, can guarantee absolute or 100% protection against all possible threats due
to the constantly evolving nature of cyberattacks and adversarial techniques.
Cybersecurity is inherently a dynamic and continuous process influenced by external variables such
as emerging zero-day vulnerabilities, third-party service dependencies, human error,
misconfigurations, and unknown attack vectors. As such, CyberSolutionsUnlimited does not provide
absolute warranties of security but instead delivers risk reduction, proactive defense mechanisms,
and continuous monitoring aimed at minimizing exposure and improving overall system resilience.
7. Data Responsibility
Clients bear full responsibility for the integrity, availability, and backup of their own data,
including databases, application files, system configurations, and sensitive business information.
While CyberSolutionsUnlimited may implement security measures designed to protect systems and reduce
risk, ultimate ownership and responsibility for data preservation remain with the client unless
explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.
CyberSolutionsUnlimited shall not be held liable for any data loss, corruption, unauthorized access,
or service disruption resulting from third-party service failures, hosting provider outages,
client-side misconfigurations, inadequate backup practices, or external cyber incidents beyond our
direct control. Clients are strongly advised to maintain regular backups, implement redundancy
strategies, and follow recommended security practices to minimize potential risks to their digital
assets.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights associated with CyberSolutionsUnlimited, including but not limited
to proprietary security tools, penetration testing frameworks, automation scripts, threat detection
systems, methodologies, workflows, technical processes, and internal documentation, remain the
exclusive property of CyberSolutionsUnlimited unless explicitly transferred through a separate
written agreement signed by authorized representatives.
Upon full and final payment of all agreed fees, clients may be granted rights to use final
deliverables such as reports, assessments, or deployed security configurations strictly for internal
business purposes. However, such transfer does not include ownership of underlying technologies,
reusable code, system architectures, or proprietary methodologies developed or utilized during
service execution. Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial reuse
of proprietary assets is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
CyberSolutionsUnlimited shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services,
including but not limited to data loss, system downtime, security breaches, business interruption,
reputational damage, or financial losses resulting from cyber incidents or reliance on security
assessments and recommendations provided.
Clients acknowledge that cybersecurity services are designed to reduce risk exposure and strengthen
defenses but do not guarantee complete elimination of threats. Due to the evolving nature of
cyberattacks, unknown vulnerabilities, and third-party dependencies, residual risk will always
exist, and clients accept full responsibility for operational decisions made based on provided
services.
10. Third-Party Tools
CyberSolutionsUnlimited may integrate or operate in conjunction with third-party tools, platforms,
services, or infrastructure providers including but not limited to cloud hosting services, APIs,
security software, monitoring tools, and external data services. These third-party components are
governed by their own respective terms, policies, and operational conditions, which are outside the
control of CyberSolutionsUnlimited.
While reasonable care is taken to ensure proper integration and functionality,
CyberSolutionsUnlimited assumes no responsibility or liability for any disruptions, service outages,
performance degradation, data loss, security vulnerabilities, or policy changes arising from
third-party providers. Clients are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with applicable
third-party terms and managing associated risks.
11. Service Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice in accordance with the
terms outlined in the respective agreement. Upon termination, all active work shall be halted, and
any completed work up to the termination date shall be billed accordingly. Clients remain
responsible for payment of all services rendered prior to termination.
CyberSolutionsUnlimited reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services without
prior notice in cases involving non-payment, violation of security protocols, misuse of systems,
unlawful activity, or breach of contractual obligations. Such termination actions are taken to
protect system integrity, client data security, and operational stability.
12. Updates to Terms
CyberSolutionsUnlimited reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at
any time to reflect changes in business operations, legal requirements, service offerings, or
security practices. Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated”
date to ensure transparency and user awareness.
Continued use of the website or services after any modifications constitutes full acceptance of the
updated Terms. Clients and users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of
any changes that may affect their rights, obligations, or usage of services provided by
CyberSolutionsUnlimited.
